Experienced professionals were increasingly seeking employment outside of London. Ambra was founded to provide recruitment services for mid- and senior-level talent who were looking to cut the commute, focusing on Surrey and the Gatwick diamond.

Our Solution: 

We devised the Ambra Recruitment brand and supported the business to create a full marketing strategy. Its brand was fresh and destinctive, earning positive feedback from candidates and clients alike. Through content marketing, we even managed to secure coverage on BBC1 for the ‘ditching the commute’ proposition. Although the business was eventually closed, it was one of our favourite brands.
