Will you help me generate leads?
Yes – naturally, this is a key focus for any sales pipeline. I will always recommend the best routes to generate high-value leads. This isn’t ‘outsourcing’, so you’ll need to be involved and invested in the process, but we can certainly work together to get you results, and we’ll make sure everything is tracked for full transparency.
What results can I expect?
This is a partnership service. We’ll worth together to help you achieve sales success, whatever that means for you. As part of the initial planning process we will set out goals for your business growth, including lead generation and deal targets. If you continue with a subscription, I will support you to maintain accurate records of activity and performance, allowing for clear progress reporting.
What types of companies do you help?
My service is predominently targeted towards B2B, specialist and professional services. If you’re seeking high-value clients, and need to build trust and reputation in order to set yourself apart from competitors – that’s the kind of business I like to help.
How are you different to an agency?
Sideways is just me, so we’ll work together directly. I do use specialist partners for larger production projects, but remain hands-on. This means you get access to bespoke expertise and guidance, with no ties to one particular solution.
How are you different to a coach?
Coaches give valuable advice and guidance, but are unlikely to be able to support with proactive fixes or hands-on delivery. By working with me, you get specialist guidance combined with the ability to get things done.
Can't I do all this myself?
Yes, you can. I’ll be happy to show you how. Usually there are some elements of the process that clients find particularly challenging – so that’s where my ongoing support proves particularly valuable. Ultimately I like to ensure the sales pipeline process is both successful and also enjoyable.
