How will we work together?
We’ll work together in close partnership. You’re in charge (after all, you know the market best, and how to sell your proposition) but we’ll help you shape ideas into clear plans and tactical actions that will resonate in all formats. We’ll get hands-on with everything you need behind-the-scenes, whilst you take center stage and close deals.
What are the limitations?
My service plans are designed to offer a blend of flexibility and clarity. At the early stages of business, you’re still learning and evolving. We’re here to provide some structure and focus to your activities, without tying you in to a restrictive retainer model. Our ‘add-on’ model allows you to access services when you need them, keeping the core subscription simple and focused.
What results can I expect?
As part of the Sales Starter service we will set out goals for your pipeline. These goals will combine your ambitions with our best estimate of channel potential. If you continue with a subscription we will support you to maintain accurate records of activity and performance, allowing for clear progress reporting. Ultimately, our goal is to support you to achieve sales success.
What if I don't want to continue our relationship?
You’re free to exit our agreement at any time. Where possible, technology can be transferred to you. We do ask for a 3-month minimum commitment for a subscription, and up-front payments or part-payments are required for add-on services. Ideally we will continue our partnership long-term in order to support your ongoing growth.
How do you compare to a coach?
Coaches give you advice, but don’t pitch in with practical, hands-on work. We’ll certainly give you strategic recommendations and counsel, but will also take important work off your hands and get stuck in with production of key materials, technical builds and practical activity.
How do you compare to a lead generation agency?
Many early-stage businesses pay for cold email, social and phone outreach services – often on a ‘pay on results’ basis. This works to an extent, but is unlikely to deliver the highest-value clients, particularly as many now rely heavily on poorly-managed AI. It is also unsustainable and costly, compared to building your own capability.
How do you compare to a marketing agency?
Marketing agencies are generally good at creating your initial brand or delivering content on a retained basis – but can be far too expensive and inflexible for everything that early-stage businesses need. We’re not focused on delivering creative services as an end-point; our goal is helping you achieve sales success.
How do you compare to hiring a staff member?
At some stage you’ll want to make a full-time dedicated hire. But before then, we can offer expertise and capacity at an accessible price-point. We’ll get you setup with the right starting point, allowing you to hire for the skills you really need, at the appropriate time. And when you do, our service could help them to hit the ground running.
